About This On-Demand Webinar Recording

Sometimes people become so accustomed to feeling anxious on a daily basis that they come to call themselves “an anxious person.” Their daily living is filled with a lower (but troubling) level of anxiety and worry over a variety of issues. The theme of their daily live is, “What if?”

While this level of anxiety is not as intense as panic, these worries and fears are very consuming and preoccupying. They certainly limit the person’s ability to live an enjoyable and personally successful life. This “generalized anxiety” can take a toll on one’s health and make a person look years older than their actual chronological age. The person usually adopts an irrational coping method to deal with the anxiety, such as drinking or drugging. Until they rid themselves of their significant tendency to worry, they will always feel anxious consistently.

This webinar will teach you how to help your clients to correct and overcome their tendency to worry and to live fearfully. It will equip you to help your clients to recognize a true threat and to take action when threatened. Not only will you be able to equip your clients with skills but also a pervasive philosophy by which they can live a peaceful life.

What You Will Learn

  • Correct the client’s tendency to worry
  • Overcome the client’s fearful thoughts
  • Discover how to help your clients deal with “what if” thinking
  • Identify how to help the client feel comfortable feeling calm
  • Discover how to produce long-term / permanent results.
